Director of Finance and Operations
Carlos joined Project Guardianship in February 2023. With over 20 years of senior non profit management experience, Carlos has severed in a variety on non profit settings in the New York area and has supervised a variety of functions including Finance, Human Resources, Workforce Development, Information Systems and Operations.
Before joining Project Guardianship, Carlos worked for other notable non profits including The One Love Foundation, The Statue of Liberty - Ellis Island Foundation, The Children's Health Fund and New Community Corporation.
Carlos earned an undergraduate degree in Accountancy and a Masters degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Baruch College. He has also earned a Master of Divinity degree from New Brunswick Theological Seminary and is an alum of the Institute of Non Profit Management - Executive Leadership Development Program at Columbia University.
