Manager of Communications
Alexandra joined Project Guardianship as the Manager of Communications in April of 2024. She brings ten years in public health communications and development. Prior to joining Project Guardianship, Alexandra worked with various human rights and social organizations in New York City.
She first began her work in communications almost 20 years ago at the Lower East Side Harm Reduction Center where she worked across departments to fundraise, write the organizational newsletter, and develop programs for transgender women and unhoused youth. Most recently she worked at ICAP at Columbia where she collaborated with staff in 20+ countries to create materials for funders and key international partners.
Alexandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in the Humanities from the University of Chicago and a Master’s in Journalism from Columbia University.
