Case Manager
Arthur joined Project Guardianship as a Case Manager in September 2025. Prior to this role, he worked as a Community Health Worker and Case Manager at a public health nonprofit in New York City. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. While living there, he worked in a variety of clinical settings, including pediatrics, psychiatry, and adult physical dysfunction. Arthur is also passionate about community organizing and has been involved in grassroots organizations advocating for human and workers’ rights, democracy, immigration, climate justice, and gender equality. In addition to his professional and advocacy work, he is a poet and visual artist. Their poetry has been published in The Margins, DiaCRITICS, and elsewhere, and his artworks have been featured in exhibitions at New York City galleries.
