Manager of Data and Evaluation
Kwé joined Project Guardianship as the new Manager of Data and Evaluation in October 2025. They lend a comprehensive understanding of database management, systems design, and data storytelling to the organization. Originally an empirical scientist, Kwé spent their early career working with tech start-ups, research centers and youth science programs developing a broad skillset in research design, program management, and data analysis.
Their work on data for The Water & Ecological Technologies Laboratory at RPI has been credited in the peer reviewed journal Nature, and their community-engaged research projects have earned recognition from Nature Magazine and The Society for Social Studies of Science, as well as fellowships with Confident Futures (2023) and Culture Push (2024).
Transitioning from the lab to the office, Kwé’s aptitude for systems design and project management has proven useful supporting the analytical needs of mission-based nonprofits across New York state. Kwé holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability and a Master of Science in Architectural Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
