Chief Program Officer
Nicole Negron joined Project Guardianship as Chief Program Officer in 2024. With a strong background in guardianship law and a passion for advocating for vulnerable populations, she brings a wealth of experience in guardianship, litigation, and program management to the organization. Before joining Project Guardianship, Nicole served as a Supervising Attorney at the NYC Department of Social Services, where she supervised a team of attorneys managing varied caseloads with a focus on Article 81 guardianship, as well as providing legal counsel to the NYC Adult Protective Services program. Prior to this, Nicole represented numerous programs within the Department of Social Services, including Medicaid, Home Care Services, and the HIV/AIDS Services Administration. Nicole holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
