Serena Ross

Program Manager, Power of Attorney Program

Serena joined Project Guardianship as the Program Manager of the Power of Attorney Program in March of 2026. She brings over five years of experience in trauma informed care, aging, and elder justice. Prior to her work with Project Guardianship, Serena worked with non-profits providing support and counseling to survivors of elder abuse and family violence. Serena has also provided education to communities and professionals regarding abuse dynamics, supports, and interventions.

Serena is passionate about helping individuals establish a sense of safety, control and autonomy through collaborative work and engagement. She is deeply committed to building programs that advocate for the rights of the aging population.

Serena holds a Master of Social Work from New York University. She received her bachelor’s degree from York University in Psychology and Gender Studies. She loves to spend time outdoors with her dog.
