Staff Attorney
Stephanie Pell, J.D., M.P.H., (she/hers) joined Project Guardianship as a Staff Attorney in September 2026. She holds degrees in law and public health, specializing in sociomedical sciences, forced migration, and human rights. She has published work on gender and demography in the West Bank and served as a foreign law clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel. Alongside her professional work, Stephanie has devoted much of her time to raising her three children, living primarily between West Jerusalem and New Jersey with her spouse. She also serves on the board of Or HaLev, the Center for Jewish Mindfulness.
