Hospital Training Series

Our Hospital Education Series is a three-part training designed to help medical professionals better understand guardianship and decision-making in healthcare settings.

This series covers the fundamentals of Article 81 Guardianship, with a strong focus on evaluating capacity, understanding when guardianship is appropriate, and recognizing its legal limitations. It also explores practical strategies for working collaboratively with appointed guardians in medical environments, particularly around complex healthcare decisions.

This new three-part video training series is designed specifically for healthcare professionals and focuses on guardianship in the hospital setting. Each video is accompanied by a practical, two-page reference guide to support implementation in your daily work.
