Project Guardianship serves individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. For clients whose homes and apartments cannot be preserved (due to eviction, foreclosure, catastrophic events such as fire, criminal justice system involvement, non-payment of taxes, etc.), Project Guardianship works to find alternative and appropriate housing solutions to meet their needs and circumstances, and divert the client from street homelessness or the shelter system.
